As an individual can I personally order from your company?

We are a wholesale company that supplies retail stores only. You can contact us and we will be happy to recommend a store nearby where you can purchase our products.

Can we order from you online?

The purpose of our website is to display the products we sell. We are not engaged in e-commerce and thus we do not sell online.

How can my store order?

Send us an email with your store name and address. We will reply with a Price/Product list for your review. Orders are mostly placed via email.

What shipping method do you use to ship your products

Shipments are made via ocean freight. Your products will be palletized and shipped by ocean freight via a freight forwarder. We do not go the U.S. Post Office to mail products.

What is the freight cost?

We only charge you for the items that you purchase from us. You will pay the freight company separately for the freight cost. The freight company will weigh your pallet to determine the freight costs. The freight cost is calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your pallet.

When can I expect to receive my order?

For stores located on the Neighbor Islands of Hawaii: Please check Young Brothers shipping schedule. For stores located on the West Coast (Washington, Oregon, and California): Transit time is normally 10-12 days. For stores not located on the West Coast: Transit time is normally 3 weeks. Your shipment goes by ocean freight from Honolulu to California and then it is trucked directly to your store.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You have 2 options. Option 1 is to mail us a check. Option 2 is to transfer the payment via a bank wire. Stores located on the Neighbor Islands of Hawaii also have the option of depositing the funds directly into our First Hawaiian Bank account.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we supply U.S. domestic stores only.
